Shop Requirements

Cost:
We do not charge per hour for services. However, there is a suggested donation of $50.00 that goes towards diagnosis/repair of your equipment and the cost to run the shop.

Repair:
We will with in our power, diagnosis a problem and make suggestions and recommendations as needed if applicable.

Software Upgrades:
While your equipment is with us and authorized we can update certain software.

Hardware/Software:
We can install hardware and/or software. It does have to be purchased and brought into the shop, we do not order parts or software.

Support Devices:
We will work on almost all laptops as long as they are in English. No tablets, cell phones, flash drives, or ay Apple product.

Find and Delete Viruses:
We will scan a device and if we do discover something, we will remove if possible, or provide options.

Upgrade Your Hardware:
If you have compatible hardware, we can install it for you, or make suggestions if requested.

For Any Work Done (including general questions):
We do have paperwork that has to be completed before we can start diagnosis of equipment.
